Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Coffee Barista to join a high-end café team in the Middle East. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing specialty coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) with expertise.
  • Create latte art and maintain consistency in beverage quality.
  • Recommend menu items, upsell specialty drinks, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, utensils, and machines.
  • Handle cash/point-of-sale transactions accurately.
  • Follow company recipes and presentation standards.
  • Stay updated with new coffee trends and brewing techniques.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a barista (preferably in international or Gulf cafés).
  • Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good grooming, personal presentation, and hygiene.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must hold a valid travel passport.
