Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide, and train housekeeping staff and room attendants.
Ensure quality control in cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and hotel premises.
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluation.
Liaise with hotel management on operational needs.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage.
Requirements:
Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in housekeeping.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Age not above 30 years.
Valid travel passport.
Compensation:
220 OMR per month.
After 3 months, additional service charge → Total: 245 OMR (Ksh 73,000 – 80,000).
Additional Details
Commission: Ksh 125,000 (exclusive of medical).
NB: Commission is payable to the recruiter to facilitate the process.
Medical costs borne by the candidate.
