Job Purpose
• Receive & manage stock to ensure maximum shelves availability with stock accuracy and best quality to meet customers satisfaction & sales
• Targets
Key Accountabilities
• Manage on-shelf availability through displaying stocks in the selling area following the store layout & planogram to drive sales & meet
• customers’ needs
• Follow backdoor policies and procedures through proper stock arrangement by category to maximize availability with easy access to serve the business need
• Assist in preparing orders (DSD, WH) using the SOH report & the store range to maximize availability and achieve budget
• Follow operations policies & procedures for stock keeping (FIFO, RTV, D&E, Cycle count.etc) to reduce stock loss, and improve sales margin
• Follow QA requirements (Hygiene, stock keeping.etc.) to maximize sales & customers demand
• Follow price integrity processes through regular price change & promo implementation to impact sales
• Answer to customer’s inquiries in a friendly manner to support their needs with a great customer experience
